The TREE AID golf day on Friday 15th September at the Bristol Golf Club

  • Teeing off from 1.04pm / 2 Tee Start (1st & 10th)
  • Arrival from 11.30am onwards.
  • Evening Drinks Reception, Hog Roast & Entertainment – arrival from 6 pm

 


 

The Detail

Venue:  The Bristol Golf Club
Date: September 15th
Arrival:  from 11.30am
Tee off: from 1.04pm as below: 40 Players or more if possible
Format: Teams of two Men/Women/or mixed two Ball Better Ball Stableford (It’s a lot of fun!) playing in fours.

Prizes for the top three teams Stableford and General.
 

 

Costs

Evening Attendees - £25.00 for Hog roast & Evening Entertainment (may be a maximum of £30.00 depending on the numbers/sponsorship no more)
Golfers - £55.00* per person for Golf and Evening Entertainment

*Includes

  • 18 Holes /Prizes, on course prizes and evening Hog roast
  • 1 x Bucket of Practice balls on the range

 

In the evening

Evening Affairs starting from 6.00pm for partners and others to join in the evening affairs:

  • Hog-roast to be served at 6.30/7pm depending on golfers finishing - £25.00 per head in the evening.
  • Chipping & Putting Competition running all day - £5 per team of 4 golfers / £2.50 non-golfers.
  • Band / Disco
  • Auction for a few prizes
  • Raffle

 

 

Sponsorship

Would you like to get involved by sponsoring part of the event? You will feature on the course signage and in the event brochure. We are looking for sponsors for:

  • The event itself and any element of it
  • As many Individual Holes as possible – starting with the prize holes above. (We will display sponsor boards if you donate prizes

  • Nearest the Pins – Second Hole / 14th Hole
  • Hole in One prize – Second Hole
  • Longest Drive – 12th
  • Nearest the Pin in two – 18th
  • Straightest Drive – 10th (difficult as it is a sloping fairway from right to left… suits the slicers!)
