TREE AID launches new partnership with Radnor Hills and their Fruella fruit juice range
You can now drink fruit juice to support TREE AID
We’re delighted to announce that Radnor Hills Mineral Water Company have chosen to support TREE AID with their popular fruit juice range, Fruella. The company, based in mid-Wales have pledged to fund a minimum of 8,000 trees to be planted in one year. In Africa trees mean life, and a donation from every bottle of Fruella juice sold will go towards planting trees that help provide vital food, tools, shade and money.
Radnor Hills Managing Director, William Watkins says, “We are really excited about our partnership with TREE AID. We had been looking for a humanitarian and environmental charity to partner with and then we came across TREE AID. The aim is to sell as many bottles of Fruella as possible so the more we sell the more good we do!”
The range comes in six fruity flavours; Apple, Orange, Cranberry and Raspberry, Orange and Carrot, Apple and Blueberry and Tropical which contains a blended mixture of pineapple, passion fruit, mango fruit and banana! Each bottle features the story of someone helped by a TREE AID project, people like Yeshi, a young woman who is making a livelihood through trees.
TREE AID Chief Executive, John Moffett, says, “TREE AID is thrilled to be partnering with Radnor Hills on their Fruella range of fruit drinks. With Radnor Hills’ support to plant at least 8,000 trees this year, TREE AID will continue to improve the lives of some of the poorest and most vulnerable people in Africa’s drylands. Together, we can empower the people we work with to have a reliable income and better nutrition, while improving the natural environment.”
