Corporate partnerships at TREE AID make a difference. TREE AID’s partners are helping to acheive its vision of poverty replaced by thriving, self reliant communities in some of the harshest landscapes on the planet.
Why work with TREE AID?
The UK’s leading forestry development charity, TREE AID enables millions of people living on the edges of Africa’s Sahara desert to plant and protect millions of trees. TREE AID trains families to use their trees to reduce poverty and protect the environment. Our work is innovative, simple, and extremely effective.
Corporate partners help TREE AID to scale up its work in a number of ways: providing funding; raising awareness; and increasing impact. Working in partnership with TREE AID will help your company to drive customer loyalty and improve staff engagement. Linking your brand with TREE AID publically demonstrates your corporate conscience and makes a difference to some of the most vulnerable people and landscapes on the planet.

How do corporate partnerships work?
Corporate partners
Corporate partners give generously to help the most vulnerable people on the planet to use trees to transform their lives, livelihoods and landscapes for the long term. Trees grow food; revive the land; support enterprises to flourish; and bring communities together to secure their rights. Your partnership support can change lives in the Sahel for generations to come.

Tree planting in Africa
TREE AID’s corporate partners help villagers to plant trees. Our unique two-for-one solution means these trees do a lot more than just help the environment. The millions of trees planted across Mali, Burkina Faso, Northern Ghana and Ethiopia help families to feed themselves better and to earn money so they can buy food and clothes and send their children to school. Trees give families long term solutions to poverty and help communities remain in their village homes.

Cause-related marketing
Link your brand with TREE AID to show that your company cares about people and the planet and your products will stand out from the crowd. Donations from sales combined with increased awareness about TREE AID’s cause results in a win-win partnership that makes a real difference.

The Christmas Forest
At London’s largest sustainable Christmas tree retailer, for every tree the Christmas Forest sells, they donate to plant a tree on a TREE AID project. So far over 52,000 trees have been planted by villagers, most recently on the Forests for Food project in Ethiopia. Trees are a lifeline for families during the hungry months as they often produce fruit later than staple crops and can cope better with long dry periods.
